I N G R E D I E N T S
1lb ground chicken / beef / pork (We've even used leftover rib meat!)
16oz package of shredded cabbage
2 tbsp bacon fat
1 tbsp dried onion
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp ginger
1 tbsp Sriracha
1 tsp toasted sesame oil We recommend this!
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 squirt Stevia (optional) We recommend this!
I N S T R U C T I O N S
Brown ground chicken in a cast iron skillet with bacon fat.
Add dried onion, salt, garlic powder, ginger, Sriracha, toasted sesame oil, soy sauce, and Stevia.
Add shredded cabbage, cook until tender
