Smokehouse Cauliflower Crust Pizza

We moved into our house almost a year and a half ago but hadn't used the built-in smoker until last week... well, that was a HUGE mistake because the pulled pork we made was incredible!! We smoked something in it almost every day after, which wasn't an easy job! To give you an idea of what all it took to smoke something, the smoker is built into this giant outdoor fireplace/grill/smoker combo on our patio. "Okay", you might be thinking, "that's pretty cool." and it totally is! BUT it's like SEVEN feet up to the door on the top of the smoker, which is where you access whatever meat/veggies you're smoking... so we were literally using a step stool and climbing up on the counter part of the fireplace/grill/smoker to do everything. It was also almost impossible to maintain the temperature and always ended up taking wayy longer than anticipated.

Despite the whole process we had to go through, we both agreed that we'd never had more delicious pulled pork and literally ate all of it in a matter of a few days. Just the two of us lol it was that good!

One way we had it was on this incredible Smokehouse Pizza! We used an Outer Aisle Gourmet Plantpower Jalapeño Cauliflower pizza crust topped with two different kinds of cheese, BBQ sauce, and raw red onion. Definitely one of our Top Favorite pizzas!

INGREDIENTS

1 Outer Aisle Gourmet Plantpower Cauliflower Pizza Crust - we used Jalapeño
