30 Minute Buffalo Chicken Taquitos
If you don't have an Instant Pot you definitely need to get one! We were able to make Shredded Buffalo Chicken in 15 minutes and delicious taquitos in only 30 minutes. These Buffalo Chicken Taquitos were definitely a hit and will be made again!
3 chicken breasts 1/4 cup chicken broth 1/2 cup Moore's Marinades and Sauces Original Buffalo Wing Sauce 2 Cut Da Carb Flatbreads
Blue cheese crumbles Cilantro
Green onions Sour cream
Instant Pot This is the one we have! Bacon fat
Add chicken breasts, chicken broth, and Buffalo Wing Sauce to Instant Pot.
Press the Poultry button on your Instant Pot and set time for 15 minutes.
Chop green onions and cilantro for filling, about a 1/2 cup each, and set aside.
After the timer on the Instant Pot goes off, allow pressure to naturally release for 5 minutes then manually release the rest of the pressure. *Use caution!*
Shred chicken and put back in Instant Pot to absorb maximum flavor.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Cut each Cut Da Carb flatbread into 1/4's and fill with chicken, cilantro, green onion, and blue cheese crumbles then roll up lengthwise.
Put a wire rack into a sheet pan and place taquitos on top.
Using bacon fat, evenly coat each taquito.
Bake for approximately 7-10 minutes, until taquitos are starting to brown and get chrispy.
For Dipping Sauce: mix sour cream and buffalo wing sauce together in a ramekin or small bowl. Top with blue cheese crumbles.
