This is Sam's breakfast. It includes 3 pieces of bacon, 1/2 an avocado topped with cayenne pepper and Everything But The Bagel Seasoning (which you need in your life ASAP if you don't already!) and 2 eggs fried in coconut oil.

Here is my breakfast. Very similar to Sam's but only 2 pieces of bacon, 1 fried egg, and no cayenne pepper. I promise my face looked a lot happier eating this than the face on my plate looks! ;)
