Gourmet Performance Coffee

INGREDIENTS


Coffee

13.5 oz / 400 ml water

2 heaping tbsp NeuRoast Classic Coffee*

2 tsp NeuRoast Supercream Creamer*

1 tbsp LifeSense MCT oil (The most potent MCT oil available on the market!)

1 scoop Perfect Keto Unflavored Collagen**

2 tbsp grass-fed butter

6-8 drops One on One Flavors Vanilla Cupcake concentrate, to taste

5-7 drops One on One Flavors Sucralose concentrate, to taste


Whipped Topping

1/2 cup heavy whipping cream

6-8 drops One on One Flavors O's Cookies concentrate, to taste

5-7 drops One on One Flavors Sucralose concentrate, to taste

INSTRUCTIONS


*The coffee making instructions for this recipe are using a French Press. Feel free to make your coffee however you like. In our opinion, a French Press allows us to get the maximum cinnamon & dark chocolate flavors and benefits from our NeuRoast Coffee.


Pro Tip: Place a bowl and beaters in the freezer prior to whipping cream. The cool temp will help whip cream faster.


Coffee

In a microwave safe container, heat water for 3 minutes.


While water is heating, add creamer, MCT oil, collagen, butter, and flavor concentrates to a tall cup. (We use the measuring cup that came with our immersion blender.)


Add coffee grounds to bottom of French Press. Once water is done heating, pour water over coffee grounds and gently stir.


Insert plunger into French Press stopping just above the water/coffee grounds. Allow to steep for 3-4 minutes.


While coffee is steeping, make the whipped topping. (Instructions below.)


When the coffee has finished steeping, pour into cup with creamer, MCT oil, collagen, butter, and flavor concentrates. Using an immersion blender, blend for approximately 30 seconds. (You could also just use a blender for this step.)


Pour coffee into coffee mug.


Whipped Topping

Pour whipped cream and flavor concentrates into a chilled bowl and whip until stiff peaks form.


Add piping tip to a ziploc bag or piping bag and place into a cup, folding the bag over the edges of the cup. *If you don't have a piping tip, you can cut off a small corner of the ziploc bag.


Using a spatula, scoop the whipped cream into the bag.


Pipe whipped cream onto top of coffee.
