Chili's Copycat Chips
In our opinion, Chili's has the best chips. They're so light and crispy and go perfectly with their salsa or skillet queso (which we need to get working on a keto version of ASAP!).

I N S T R U C T I O N S
Heat a cast iron skillet over medium-low heat.
Cut 1 Cut Da Carb flatbread into 4 strips lengthwise.
Cut the 4 strips crosswise to make 16 pieces total.
Cut the 16 pieces in half diagonally to make 32 chips. (0.3g net carbs per chip!!)
Add bacon fat to heated cast iron skillet. (Just deep enough for chips to fry.)
Once the edges of the flatbread chip begins to curl up, flip it over.
Once the chips are fried on both sides, transfer to a paper towel lined plate.
Serve with salsa or enjoy as is because they are freakin' delicious!!
