Keto Pizza Rolls

We love pizza in any shape or form. And thanks to Fathead Dough we can indulge in one of our favorite foods without the guilt of devouring an entire bag of Totino's Pizza Rolls.


I N G R E D I E N T S


Fathead Dough:

1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella

2 oz cream cheese

3/4 cup almond flour

1/2 tsp oregano


Pizza Toppings:

1/4 cup pizza sauce

1/3 cup mozzarella cheese

16 pepperonis

*Or whatever pizza toppings your heart desires!




I N S T R U C T I O N S


Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.


In a large mixing bowl, combine mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, oregano, and almond flour then microwave for 1 minute.


Mix until a dough has formed and place on a parchment paper lined cookie sheet. Cover the dough with another piece of parchment paper and press/roll into a rectangle shape.


Bake the flattened dough for 3-4 minutes. This will make it easier to roll.


Remove from oven and top with pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese, and pepperonis.


Starting from one of the shorter ends of the rectangle, begin rolling up the dough.


Cut the roll into approximately 8 pieces and place onto baking sheet evenly spaced out.


Bake for an additional 5-8 minutes or until cheese is melted and dough is crispy.
