Campbell's Copycat Tomato Soup

Campbell's Tomato Soup is rich, creamy, and loaded with carbs (20 grams per 1/2 cup!) so I've created a recipe that requires only 2 ingredients and is ready in just 5 minutes. If you are using homemade bone broth, calculating the nutrition can be difficult, however, if you're using a brand like Kettle & Fire, this soup comes to just 3 net carbs per cup!
2 cups beef bone broth (We made ours using this recipe)
1/4 cup + 2 tbsp (6 tbsp total) AlternaSweets Classic Tomato Ketchup
Fresh basil, chopped (optional)
Add bone broth to sauce pan and heat over medium heat.
Add AlternaSweets Classic Tomato Ketchup and whisk.
Blend with an immersion blender until smooth.
Top with freshly chopped basil, optional.
*Homemade bone broth nutrition varies widely from batch to batch and therefore cannot be easily calculated. If you opt for a brand like Kettle & Fire you can calculate the nutrition more easily.
